Ms. Loegering is an associate attorney with The Huntley Law Firm, PLLC. Her practice focuses on family law, including paternity/custody matters, divorce and modification proceedings, and probate matters, including adoption, guardianship, and probate litigation.
Education and Judicial Clerkships
Ms. Loegering is a 1988 graduate of the University of California at Davis with a degree in History, focusing on religious history. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University in 1992, and became a member of the Idaho State Bar in 1994. After beginning her career as a law clerk for the Honorable Gerald L. Weston, Ms. Loegering became the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel Clerk for the Honorable Alfred E. Hagen, United States Bankruptcy Judge and concluded her government service as the Capital Case Staff Attorney for the United States District Court, District of Idaho.
Work and Life
Ms. Loegering joined the law firm of Huntley Park, LLP in 2003, moving to The Huntley Law Firm, PLLC at its formation in 2008. As a dedicated advocate for children in crisis, Ms. Loegering is a retired member of the board of directors of The Childrens’ Home Society of Idaho, the longest serving counseling service for children in the State of Idaho.
