Mr. Mitchell is an attorney with 11 years of practice experience.  His practices include immigration, bankruptcy, real estate, Veterans’ rights, and Social Security Disability.

Mr. Mitchell grew up in western Washington, and graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Boston College.  Following his undergraduate education, he was commissioned as an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps, and initially served on active duty until 1999.

Bill MitchellHe attended Gonzaga University School of Law in Spokane, Wash., until 2001, when he was re-activated for military duties in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Mr. Mitchell graduated from law school in December 2003, then entered the Washington State Bar Association in 2004.  He has practiced in law firm settings and in corporate settings until 2006, when he was activated for additional military service.

In 2007, Mr. Mitchell returned from his final period of active duty in Afghanistan, working for three years for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, before returning again to private practice in 2010.

Mr. Mitchell has been a resident of the Treasure Valley since 2011, and currently serves the people of Garden City as a council member there.

Mr. Mitchell joined the Huntley Law Firm in 2015.
