Kimberli Stretch is an Associate Attorney at The Huntley Law Firm, PLLC. Ms. Stretch has served as attorney of record in hundreds of cases throughout the State of Idaho, and has argued Appeals in both the Third and Fourth Judicial Districts, as well as the Idaho Supreme Court.
Ms. Stretch brings a varied background to The Huntley Law Firm, giving her a breadth of knowledge and experience that she uses to benefit her clients in their cases.
Upon graduation from UC Davis, Ms. Stretch spent five years in restaurant management, learning the ins and outs of business and small business finance. She then transitioned to working in Hollywood, first as a Story Department Assistant (“Go Go Power Rangers!”), then as a production assistant, before finally settling down as an accountant on numerous films (has anyone even seen “Little Nikki?”), television series, and reality TV. Though it was financially rewarding, it did little for her soul. She chose to go back to law school, to be able to assist those who could not access the court system otherwise. She finds it extremely rewarding, and only wishes she’d done it earlier.
Ms. Stretch works primarily in civil litigation, specializing in family law and domestic violence. She served as the Treasurer on the Board of the Third District Guardian ad Litem Program, which provides GALs to represent children who find themselves in the child protective system. She ran her own firm, and worked with Idaho Legal Aid Services for almost six years, before bringing her expertise to The Huntley Law Firm.
Ms. Stretch received her Bachelor’s Degree in English from the University of California, Davis (1991), and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Idaho, College of Law (2010).
Ms. Stretch is licensed to practice law in the State of Idaho, and in the U.S. Federal Court System
